• Some things will never change supernaturally except by Prayer and Fasting. (Matthew 17:21)
• Fasting changes US, because we crucify our flesh. (Galatians 5:24)
• When we fast we feed our spirit - hungering and thirsting after righteousness for His Name sake!  Fasting looses the bonds of evil, undoes the bonds of every enslaving yoke,  frees the oppressed and makes an eternal purpose of internal work! (Isaiah 58:6)
• When you pray, when you Fast and when you give – your prayers will be heard and you will be greatly rewarded. (Matthew 6)

We must purpose to live a ‘fasted’ life!
